I would like to learn how to program Rs Logic 5000 or PLC with Microsoft Excel..... I would appreciate you responses... Thank you...
It would be great if there was some way to do that - defininately cheaper than the rockwell solutions. Unfortunately, the only way to program a Control Logix, SLC or other Rockwell/Allen Bradley product is by the RSLogix software. Also, keep in mind that RSLogix5000 is the programming software for the ControlLogix and Compact Logix controllers.
we can import /export data from controller using excel through rslinx ..
we can use thies tags as we want in Excel ..
and this is the only way to use Excel ...
