I'm not sure why you would not be able to access the videos. We have tested the site with Internet explorer 6 and 7. I have noticed people using Netscape without any apparent problems either. Are you able to pull up the training video pages? If so, there should be a box in the center of the page that the video runs in. Is it blank or does it not show at all? We are still bringing this site up, so any info you can give me to help you would be useful.
